“I would like to recommend Lisa Hartsink as your best choice for a real estate agent. Lisa is a person that goes well beyond the duties that most agents perform. Lisa was very understanding and sensitive to the stress my wife and kids were under with having to sell our house under difficult circumstances. We were not very good at dealing with our finances. Lisa offered to look over our finances and help us sort them out. I was unhappy with the penalty we would have to pay to discharge our mortgage. Through Lisa’s listening skills and problem solving suggestions we were able to get around paying almost $3000.in penalties. When it came down to negotiating with the buyer, and her agent, Lisa’s shrewdness came to the fore and we ended up getting a very good price for our home.
