We had the pleasure of working directly with NIKKI GRELLA from May 30 – June 4. We flew in from Saskatoon to Toronto and immediately began our search. We had communicated with Nikki way back in April regarding our needs, wishes, locations, and housing preferences. She was honest and realistic with our expectations, knew the market, and understood that we were under a time crunch as we had already sold our house here in Saskatoon. She was diligent with our showing itinerary and really took the time and attention to detail to be specific with our showings so that time was not wasted. The positive communication did not stop there with Nikki – even though the deal was closed, she still continued constantly communicating with us so that deadlines were not missed.
