We had the pleasure of working directly with NIKKI GRELLA from May 30 – June 4. We flew in from Saskatoon to Toronto and immediately began our search. We had communicated with Nikki way back in April regarding our needs, wishes, locations, and housing preferences. She was honest and realistic with our expectations, knew the market, and understood that we were under a time crunch as we had already sold our house here in Saskatoon. While we were in Toronto, Nikki communicated with us MANY times each day and was able to answer our questions in short order. She was diligent with our showing itinerary and really took the time and attention to detail to be specific with our showings so that time was not wasted. At the showings, Nikki was able to provide the housing background as was able to answer property questions….and if not, found out the answer really quickly so that the potential deal was not lost. As it turned out, on the last day we viewed a home, put in an offer, and closed the deal before heading back on to the plane. The positive communication did not stop there with Nikki – even though the deal was closed, she still continued constantly communicating with us so that deadlines were not missed. My fiancée and I reached out to the Lisa Hartsink team when we were trying to find a new rental in the outer GTA area.
