They provide a personalized written plan for your property—from simple decluttering to a complete remodel—you decide how much or how little to complete from the plan. Whatever works for you.

How It Works

  • We start with a complimentary staging consultation with our Certified Staging Professional to plan as little or as much as you want in terms of preparing your home for sale.
  • We provide a personalized written plan for your property, which can include suggestions on decluttering, deep cleaning, and designing your home for showcasing on the market using our staging inventory (furniture and accessories) as desired.
  • Once our plan is set, we will organize and manage all aspects involved in staging and showcasing your home, from removal of items to facilitating trades and executing the marketing plan. This concludes with deliveries and staging your home in preparation for our professional photographer and videographer.
  • Our marketing strategy targets the ideal buyer for your property through a multifaceted approach. Using both traditional and modern tactics, your home is advertised via print methods such as brochures, magazine ads, as well as digital methods including social media marketing.
